 NEW Lee Silent Suction Piano Units
Our Lee model #650-1 eliminates foot pumping while at the same time improves the performance of the player piano. These compact units are easily installed and need not alter the piano's appearance. The unit has adequate reserve power with over 92" of (water column) vacuum/suction for the hard-to-play pianos. It is able to overcome some leaks while still being able to play the piano loud if desired.
The built-in Check Valve will close off the 1¼" duct when the foot pedal pumps are in use, so that suction is not pulled back through the vacuum fans in the unit. The Adjusta-Vac duo-speed control enables the user to vary the vacuum reaching the stack in play and the vacuum reaching the air-motor in rewind.
Sturdy reliable (UL) motors with specially designed aluminum fan assemblies are used in these units. They are precision balanced and mounted in an insulated enclosure for vibration-free operation. The Lee units are durably constructed of quality materials. Flanges, flexible duct, hardware and under keyboard switch with speed control (wired into the unit) are all supplied, together with detailed instructions for installation. The unit is 7½" wide x 7½" deep x 11" high. Shipping weight is 16 lbs.
 NEW Wurlitzer Toe Pistons
Our #1054 Wurlitzer toe piston is an authentic copy of the original die-cast unit. Our new piston is sand-cast in brass, CNC machined, buffed and chrome-plated. The .990" dia. machined-top button is turned down to a .250"dia. stem that slides through a nylon bearing in the domed base to give a smooth action. Units have a sealed 6 amp switch with two ¼" pluggable terminals on the bottom of the unit. Two black mounting screws are supplied with each piston assembly.
 NEW Walnut 260 Consoles
All console shells are built full size to standard Wurlitzer measurements (67” wide x 42 1/2” deep x 57 5/8” high) using 3/4” lumber core sheet stock. Solid hard woods are used for making moldings and trim using Wurlitzer (copy) molding cutters. Key bed frames are built from full 1 3/4” poplar. Stop rails and curved trim boards are laminated to 3/4” thick for using electric stop action magnets. Carved scroll corbels are standard but other styles may be supplied. Console top section tips up and can be removed for moving console through doorways. Shells can be shipped knocked down for easy shipping and finishing. Proudly built in our shop in Ankeny, Iowa, USA.
 NEW Birch 260 Consoles
